WHO WE ARE
THE BEAN originally opened in 2008 under the name Sneaky Beans. A hub for great coffee and live music, “The Bean” came under new ownership in 2020. Same great coffee, craft beer, and wine.
Now serving breakfast, lunch, and assorted baked goods by day- small eats & desserts by night.
WHAT WE SERVE
We proudly serve local coffee from GRIN Coffee Roastery in Hattiesburg, MS. At the shop, you’ll find a selection of medium to dark roasts on drip, a constant rotation of single-origin on pour-over, and an original blend on espresso.
Our desire is to provide a quality breakfast and lunch option for the Jackson area, as well as offer delicious baked goods along with evening snacks and specials throughout the day.
The overall goal is for the function of the shop to move throughout the day with the desires of the community. Beginning the morning with an excellent cup of coffee, and ending the day with a local craft beer or a glass of wine is the vision we had when we began this journey.
